Who is eligible

• Any paid plan (3, 6 or 12 months) within 7 days of activation.
• One refund per customer or household.
• Accounts suspended for sharing, reselling or abuse under our Terms of Service are not eligible.

How to request a refund

1. Message our support team on WhatsApp or through the contact page.
2. Include your order email or WhatsApp number and the plan you bought.
3. Tell us briefly what went wrong. We will often try to fix the problem first, but the choice to get your money back is yours.

When you get your money

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most are processed within 3 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the credit.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, but our support team will still help with any setup or streaming problem for the whole length of your plan.
